The campus is alive with various co-curricular activities throughout the year. The educators and students come together, work with each other and contribute to the various events. These events are much awaited and contribute an essential aspect to the curriculum.
Events held in the academic year are:
- Fresher’s Day: The first year PUC Students are given an opportunity to exhibit their talent.

- Investiture Ceremony is held in the first week of July wherein the student representatives take oath in front of the audience. The month of June sees the election of student’s council. The election process is conducted in a democratic manner. The student council formed will be trained to sharpen their leadership skills.

- Malhar is an intra class event held once a year in August and is a platform where students perform and show their talent in music, dance acting, art and creative events, literary events. This fest is a competition between first and second PUC students.

- Rendezvous is an intercollegiate cultural event where a number of colleges from Bangalore take part in the mega event. Around forty events over two days in the month September is hosted annually.

- Sports is encouraged in Carmel as it believes that it is important to be fit in body and mind. The college hosts the district level meet of Department of Pre-University Education and conducts a number of intramural and athletic events. Students every year qualify to the state and national level.

- Appreciating the rich culture of our country, December first in Carmel is celebrated as Ethnic Day .The entire college wears an ethnic look. At the end of the day Mr. Carmel and Miss Carmel are crowned.

- The Annual college day that is Founder’s Day is celebrated on the 10th of January. Students’ are appreciated for the achievements in various fields. The annual news letter is released on the occasion.
