Carmel PU College staff council was formed to bridge the gap between Management and staff. The Staff council was formed among the Administrator, the Principal and the Staff members. The council works towards the development of the institution in areas like academics, discipline, overall development of the students and institution at large.

The activities conducted by staff council include, the interact club activities, student of the month, question of the month, personality development classes and family day.

Interact club organizes interactive sessions to create better awareness among pupils. Unique talent or remarkable attitude of the students are recognized and honored with student of the month title. Weekly personality development classes are conducted by experienced counselors. On ‘Family Day’ Carmel staff members along with their family members enjoy the day.
